WELCOME TO MEGHALAYA STATE COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Meghalaya State Council for Technical Education (MSCTE) first started in May 1993, when the Government of Meghalaya notified The Meghalaya State Council for Technical Education Act, 1993 with the assent from the Governor of Meghalaya. The Council performs the conduct of Examinations, Assessment, Award of Diploma and Guidelines for Academic matters related to framing of curriculum of all the courses of existing Polytechnics of Meghalaya.
